We do allow cancelling an order before it is prepared by the restaurant. It is not possible for us to cancel an order once it is prepared by the restaurant. Usually this is within 5 minutes of placing an order.

How long does it take for my order to get delivered?
Delivery time varies from vendor to vendor. It also depends on the number of orders that the vendor has to prepare and on the distance between the vendor and your delivery address. You can see the estimated delivery time for each vendor in your area on our website.
I did not receive the complete order
There may be times when a mistake has been made and items from your order are missing when the delivery is made. If possible, you should go through your delivery with the delivery executive to confirm the correct items have been delivered. If something is missing, you can contact us to resolve the problem. If you have received an SMS or email with the contact details of our Delivery Executive you can call our Delivery Executive and ask him about his location and order status. If you are not satisfied, you can call us at 08038320312 to know the status.
